"Charcoal toothbrushes have worn down my enamel, and I am unable to use the charcoal heads that come standard in these refill packs. It really sucks that Moon doesn't have an option to buy packs of white-bristled heads only. Sadly, I have to pay double just to get a small supply of the heads I can use, and then I can't do anything but throw the black ones away. Otherwise, the product is fine, but it really is too bad that there are no other options but to waste half the money I spend on product I cannot use."
