Too sticky and made my teeth sensitive

"I was excited to try this product. But after one use, I am not sure I can use the teeth whitening strips again. It was so hard to get the strips on my teeth and at one point, more of the disintegrated strip was on my fingers than my teeth. My teeth were also very sensitive for 3 days after."

Won’t stick - dissolves within 20 sec

"The strips won’t attach to my teeth!! Multiple recent reviews saying this so it’s an issue. They stick to your fingers and then your saliva starts dissolving them when they aren’t even on the right spot! Got this for Christmas and will try crest strips with this machine after this experience"

Need better instructions

"I would like to try again because I wasted about 1/2 the box trying to figure out how to use the product. Having used other whitening strips, I thought one side was sticky. Then, I had my teeth dry. My fingers got moist trying to adhere the strip to my teeth. That routine caused the strip to stick to my inner lip and fingers, causing destruction to the strip. I wasted so many strips before I realized the teeth need to be moistened and fingers dry. I love every other MOON product I’ve tried. Your not giving this product it's justice by having improper instructions."
